We were built from a group of clinicians who are passionate about preserving the independence of Missouri’s (and the surrounding states’) senior population. At Innovate Rehab & Wellness, our mission is founded on determination, patience, and strength. Our specialized Geriatric therapists provide excellent clinical care through proven, evidence-based interventions and trusting patient relationships.
